Nothing come free in this world – Why free feedbacks ?

Is their anything free in this world ? Nothing – besides a mother’s love and a father’s care.

Rest costs more than a dime.

Every time you use a product or a service, you are bombarded with messages and mailers, requesting how important your feedback is to them. And of course they will be humbled and thankful and what not.

For every customer who bothers to complain, 26 other customers remain silent.

Your Feedback Matters

Customer feedback is gold! But who said gold is free ?

There are two relationships between any seller and a buyer or a customer.

Relationship 1

I sell you a product <—> You pay me money

Relationship 2

Please give me feedback   <—> In return for what  ???

Relationships are always mutual. It cannot be one way affair. Therefore to ensure a customer gives a feedback, the seller should ensure a tangible incentive to a customer.

A typical business hears from only 4% of it’s dissatisfied customers.
